Steve L. Weber

Steve is the founder of Stonebridge Financial, and had a vision of starting a truly independent financial planning firm. He didn't believe that working in an environment where a company told you what you could offer a client was in the best interest of his clients. That's a main reason he founded Stonebridge - to have a financial planning and wealth management company that's truly independent of Wall Street influence. He's been in the financial planning industry for 18 years. Steve and his wife are both Colorado natives, have one child and have been proudly married for 36 years. He's also interested in classic and specialty cars.

Andy M. Markusfeld

Andy is a Chartered Financial Advisor, an investment advisor with Stonebridge with 22 years of industry experience. After many years working with and managing accounts for large insurance companies and broker dealers, he came to the conclusion that the only and best way to serve his clients was to become independent. It's extremely difficult to serve two masters - the company and his client. He thought it would be better to focus on the client first and foremost. Andy and Steve have worked together for 13 years, and they partnered together shortly after Stonebridge was founded. He's married with two kids, enjoys golf, and is heavily involved with the Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree chambers. Andy is also involved with his church, the Cancer League of Colorado, and the two schools that his children attend.

Molly Hinrichs

Molly has been the Business Operations Manager for Stonebridge for 7 years, and a vital part of the Stonebridge team. She also has life and health insurance licenses; her main focus is to ensure that necessary and critical client transactions are completed, to ensure adequate protection and positioning in the right investments. Molly takes a personal interest in each of our clients, truly getting to know and developing a relationship with them. She has two young boys that she enjoys spending every minute possible with, enjoying their youth and innocence; she also loves baking and enjoying the outdoors.
